Description:
The Energy and Environment Department of the city of Pori is requesting offers for laser bowling and aerial photography. The municipality of Nakkila and the city of Ulvila are also involved in the procurement. The purpose is to produce for the customer automatically classified laser scanning material and simultaneous ortho-aerial images and separate ortho-imagesia. Point cloud and aerial images are used e.g. for producing terrain and city models, for urban planning and construction.
An additional procurement option is the purchase of true orthomosaic, multi-camera aerial photography and multi-camera photo viewing service. Multi-camera aerial images are used to texture building modelsfor texturing the earth surface model and as a background map for geospatial applications.
The technical definition of the service and the area limitations are described in the appendices.
A contract will be made for the procurement with one (1) supplier.
