- The City of Riihimäki (hereinafter referred to as the "subscriber" or "procurement entity") will request your bid for the service to be purchased, with laser scanning material and orthopic images in the Riihimäki area in accordance with the tender documents. The contracting entity does not commit to certain acquisitions and the agreement does not constitute an exclusive right to procurement for the service provider. In this acquisition, the cheapest price is used as a basis for overall economic advantage. In the invitation to tender, the minimum requirements for quality allow for comparison only at the price.
