• Description:
• The City of Rovaniemi and the Rovaniemi Education Municipality Group are planning to tender laundry services. As part of the procurement preparation phase, the procurement unit carries out a market survey and asks potential bidders to sign up for a dialogue. the target is mainly textile washing services owned by the procurement unit. In addition, the purchase includes the rental and washing service of cleaning towels (micro towels) and hand mops. The offered prices must include: - owned and rented by the customer textile washing, post-processing, sorting (per operational unit) and maintenance, - pick-up of dirty laundry from the locations specified by the customer at the agreed times, - return of clean laundry, finished and ready for use, to the locations specified by the customer at the agreed times, - means of transport specified by the customer (laundry sack, box, roller box, etc.) used to transport the products, - laundry bags of different colors if necessary (e.g. depending on the contents of the laundry, operational units, etc.), - those rented by the customer purchase, management and maintenance of products, - replacement of rental textiles due to normal wear and tear and proper disposal of textiles to be removed at the end of the product's life cycle. The supplier must also offer the following separately chargeable items services that the subscriber can order if necessary. - Sewing service (shortening, zipper replacement, etc.) - Repair service (fastening buttons, small sewing repairs, zipper repair, etc.) - Naming service.
