Description:
Pirkanmaa's welfare area (Pirha) surveys the service providers on the market regarding the acquisition of learning content related to medical information. The learning content to be acquired is primarily online training, but it can also include potential ones live/remote trainings. The procurement unit collects information about service providers and the solutions they offer and publishes a request for information for this purpose (hereinafter "Preliminary Notice"). An advance notice is not a procurement notice or a request for tender information request. The publication of the advance notice does not start the actual bidding process. Advance notification does not yet obligate the procurement entity to carry out the procurement. Responding to the advance notice is not a prerequisite for a subsequent tender participation, and no compensation is paid for responding to the Advance Notice. For the sake of clarity, the Procurement Unit states that responding to the Advance Notice does not constitute participation in the preparation of the procurement, which would prevent participation in the subsequent for the tender (Act on public procurements and right-of-use agreements, § 81). The procurement unit requests the service providers to submit the answers to the questions asked no later than 15.12.2025 at 16:00 to the address paivi.peltonen@tuomi.fi.
