- The object of the acquisition is legal consulting services in VTT's industry. Procurement is divided into two sub-components:
• Sub-component 1: Contract law, intellectual property rights, data and technology law and data protection,
• Sub-component 2: Procurement law, tendering according to the Procurement Actgrant, procurement contracts and related dispute resolution,
The tenderer can submit his offer to either one or both parts of the procurement.
The tenderer is required to have strong experience and know-how in providing the mentioned services. The selected tenderer is required to work flexibly VIn support of TT's management, heads of VTT's research areas and researchers, lawyers and other administration experts in all questions related to the relevant sub-entity."Procurement background".
