- Luonnonvarakeskus (later Luke) is tendering for a contract partner for legal expert services to complement Luke's legal services' own expertise and resources. Services will be purchased according to Luke's needs. The need for the service concerns, for example, assignments for which Luwhose legal services do not have special expertise or time due to their urgency and/or lack of resources. In addition, Legal Services may need a consultation, a second opinion or, for example, a legal opinion. The procured service includes the implementation of various legal assignmentsin accordance with Luke's assignments in the following areas of law: 1. public procurement, state subsidies and competition law 2. contract law, especially Tkeus 6. company law 7. insolvency law 8. employment and public relations legislation 9. intellectual property, technology and ICT law 10. data protection and data legislation The service is mainly carried out by telephone consultation, through remote meetings (e.g. Teams), by e-mail or otherwise in writing. Servicehowever, the fluff producer should also be prepared to participate in on-site meetings/meetings in the capital region.
