Description:
The object of the acquisition is legal expert services. The procured service includes the implementation of various legal assignments in accordance with the assignments of the Natural Resources Center (later Luke) in the following areas of law:
1. public procurement, state subsidies and competition law
2. agreementoval, especially Tand data legislation
The service is mainly implemented as a telephone consultation, through remote meetings (e.g. Teams), by e-mail or otherwise in writing. However, the service provider must also prepare to participate in on-site meetings/meetings in the capital region.
Hankinnthe object is described in more detail in appendix 2 of the request for tender Description of the object of procurement.
CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract is valid for a limited period of two (2) years.
The customer has the option to extend the contract with two one (1) year option periods. The Subscriber informs the Service Provider of the use of the optionno later than three (3) months before the start of the option period.
