Description:
HUS requests your offer for legal services. Law firms that meet the suitability requirements according to this call for tenders can participate in the competition. In sub-areas B. Patent and intellectual property law and I. Tax law, other applicants who meet the eligibility requirements can also submit an offerproviders, e.g. law firms. This is a service procurement according to Appendix E of the Procurement Act (1397/2016).
The procurement is divided into 9 parts as follows:
A. Private Law
B. Patent and Intellectual Property Rights
C. Labor law
D. Real estate and construction
E. Family and inheritance law
F. Criminal Justice
G. public squareeu
H. Data protection and scientific research
I. Tax rights
The subject of the acquisition are e.g. legal matters and other legal services related to contracts and lawsuits and other dispute resolution in all areas. The services are provided in Finnish and, if necessary, Swedish or English (see sodraft sketch).
Each sub-area is treated as its own entity. The offer can be submitted in one or more sections (A-I).
The contract period is limited for the first two (2) years. After this, the contract can be extended with two one-year option periodskaana, which includes the HUS corporation and the following HUS subsidiaries and associated companies: HUS Kiinteistoet Oy, HYKS-instituutti, Orton Oy, Hyvinkaeaen Ravitsemispalvelut Oy and Apotti Oy Ab. HUS Kiinteistoet Oy can also use the services included in the acquisition on behalf of HUS' housing and real estate limited companies....
