- HUS requests your offer for legal services. In sub-areas A and C-H, law firms that meet the suitability requirements according to this call for tenders can participate in the competition. In sub-areas B. Patent and intellectual property law and I. Tax law, the bidder does not have to be a law firm.This is a service procurement according to Appendix E of the Procurement Act (1397/2016).
The procurement is divided into 9 parts as follows:

C. Labor law
D. Real estate and construction
E. Family and inheritance law
F. Criminal Justice
G. Public Court
H. Data protection and scientific researchmus
I. Tax rights
The subject of the acquisition are e.g. legal matters and other legal services related to contracts and lawsuits and other dispute resolution in all areas. The services are provided in Finnish and, if necessary, Swedish or English (see draft contract).
Each sub-area conceptin its own entity. The offer can be submitted in one or more sections (A-I).
The contract period is limited for the first two (2) years. After this, the contract can be extended with two one-year option periods.ae the following subsidiaries and associated companies of HUS: HUS Kiinteistoet Oy, HYKS-instituutti, Orton Oy, Hyvinkaeaen Ravitsemispalvelut Oy and Apotti Oy Ab.
