Description:
The acquisition is subject to the legal services needed by the University of Oulu and the different assignments. The procurement is divided into parts as follows: Part 1.Sanctions and Export Control Section 7. 7. Jurito Section of Artificial Intelligence 8. The target for the entry into force of the agreement is May 2025.
The target of procurement in the sub-area1 is the Employment and Official Court. More detailed description of the tasks is defined in Annex 1 Service Description. Two (2) service providers are selected for sub-area 1. The subscriber implements the internal service provider selection of the framework arrangement through the ranking procedure. Subscriber to order an assignment as a rule in the tenderin the order of the first service provider. Unless the service provider may take the assignment or implement it in accordance with the subscriber order (eg within the schedule of the subscriber), the subscriber may order the assignment from the next located service provider.2 Acquisition is subject to business law: intellectual property rights, contract law, legal issues related to licensing, which are more specified in Annex 1.
