• Lempaala Real Estate Service and Technology Lekitek Oy (hereinafter "subscriber") asks for your offer for the management of Lempaala lawn (including spring cleaning in lawn areas, and mowing of road and park and playground lawns) and open lawn mowing (below "service").
  The acquisition is divided into two (2) areas:
  The quantity information specified in the list of work lists (Annexes 4 and 5) is not binding on the subscriber. Work lists are for the preparation of the invitation to tender and the targets, the levels of treatment and the number of squares may change during the contract period. The subscriber does not commit to any acquisition amount.
  The tenderer may provide the service to both areas or only in another area. One (1) of both sections is selected for both areas Supplier.
  The planned contract period for the procurement is 1.4.2026-31.3.2028. The service is provided during the contract period on a growing period. During the contract period, work is done annually with the start of work in the spring cleaning of the lawn in April-May, as soon as the snow melted And the cutting season begins in May with the lawns in full growth. The work must be completed in October so that the grass will be short against winter.
