- The Salpaus Training Center - Municipal Association is building a new building in Vipusenkatu 5D. The scope of the project is approximately 4,500 brm2. The project includes the workflow of auto and storage logistics with auxiliary and warehouse facilities, as well as specialty and auxiliary facilities serving teaching and maintenance of the property. The project also includesCivil protection for the building. The project will implement a separate civil engineering and quarrying contract before the extension contracts. The contracts are mainly implemented in total price contracts: construction contract, main contract contract, subordinateSide-contracted contract, subordinate side-contracted contract, subordinate page-contracted by the subscriber's separate acquisition. All contracts are made in the name of the subscriber.
