Description:
The object of the acquisition is the production of café, meeting catering and catering services in the premises of Virra, the library and cultural building owned by the city of Nokia, at the address Härkitie 6, 37100 NokiaKts. a more detailed description of the procurement object and the terms of the tender request from appendix 1 "Draft contract". The actual contract period is 1 September 2026-31 August 2029. The service must start for customers by 1 October 2026 at the latest. It is possible to extend the contract for two (2) one (1) year option periods 1.9.2029-31.8.2030 and 1.9.2030-31.8.2031. The amount of rent at the beginning of the contract period is 550 euros/month (see appendix 1 "Draft contract" section 6). 8:00-9:00 between or on Thursday 9 April 2026 between 16:30 and 17:30. Property manager Esa Mäkinen, esa.makinen@nokiankaupunki.fi, is responsible for the presentation of the premises. During the presentation, questions about the request for tenders will not be answered, but the bidders will be treated equally in order to be sure, clarifying questions must be submitted via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi supplier portal by the deadline set for additional information questions.
