- The object of the acquisition is the distribution and management services of the software and service products of the principals used by the Service Assurance Center ("products" according to the definitions). The principals of the products in use are:
•Red Hat
•VMware
•Atlassian
•Veeam
The target is also separate consulting, which is the Principala service produced by me and consulting, which is a service produced by the Supplier. Consultations are work to be ordered separately.
The option is the right to order software and service products related to the servers and data centers of other respective Principals.
The contract period is 2 years, after which it cancontinue indefinitely.
