Description:
The City of Turku has competed for a service provider for the life cycle project of the kindergarten reform project, which is expected to be made during the spring 2025. In the life cycle project, the service provider is responsible for the design, construction and about 20 yearsthe implementation of maintenance services and the compliance of the residence of the site (life -cycle responsibility). With this invitation to tender, the City of Turku as a contracting entity requests tenders for the life cycle project lobbying. Life cycle project is about seven (7) kindergarten new buildingimplementation to the city of Turku. In total, there are about 970 children. The target is made up of the following day care centers, with a variety of places between about 80-195 children: 1.Tapulikatu 11 4. Kouluankuja Kindergarten, School Fleet 4 5. Hintsankuja Kindergarten, Hintsankuja 4 6. Haritu kindergarten, Kymenlaaksonkuja 4 7.The last kindergarten can be introduced by April 2029 at the latest.
