Description:
The object of the procurement is the establishment of the Lifecare HC30.1 test environment. Central Finland's welfare region is updating the Lifecare patient information system to version HC30.1, for which a test environment is needed for that version. The new annual version includes mandatory national statutory changes. The implementation includes e.g. the following works:• Communication openings and load balancing rules• Lifecare server work according to the preliminary report• Installation and smoke testing of Lifecare HC30.1 applications and services (without connections and integrations)• Production database copy and its cleaning• Technical documentation of environments• Project management, meetings, etc. Procurement is part of the Act on Public Procurement and License Agreements (1397/2016) § 25 national for service purchases exceeding the threshold value.
