Description:
The object of the procurement is the usage rights of the Liferay software product, the maintenance, distribution and management service of the software product, as well as expert services that can be ordered separately in small quantities, as specified in the request for quotation and its appendices.
The customer acquires the named products in Appendix 4in the appropriate periods for the number of users applicable at any given time in accordance with the contractual conditions of the acquisition. In the distribution service, the supplier offers a distribution channel for the products to the Customers and the Subscriber. Other Liferay products can also be purchased in small quantities under the terms of the contract. The subscriber requests theseproducts from the Supplier before placing the order.
The anticipated value of the acquisition is around 450,000 euros.
