Description:
The acquisition is about the implementation of the new building of the Lahela School of Tuusula, the kindergarten and the youth farm as a life cycle project.
The entity formed by the Lahela school, the kindergarten and the youth space is located in a central location at the unstructured construction site in the municipality of Lahela. New buildingis part of the renewed service network for early childhood education and basic education. The site includes a single school (grades 1-9 and preschool), kindergarten and youth facilities. Initially, approximately 170 children are located in the daycare, less than 850 pupils for general education and 60 for special educationPupil and approximately 120 people.
The acquisition of the object to be carried out as a life cycle project is intended to cover the design, construction of the site and the implementation of approximately 20 years of maintenance services. The contract period is divided into an investment period and service period. The service provider is responsible for the itempost -graduation maintenance and renovation during the service period. The service provider's liability is a comprehensive responsibility that the subscriber has access to the facilities and services agreed throughout the service.The aim is that the final invitation to tender will be published in May 2026, and the procurement decision was planned for the task in September-October 2026.to...
