Description:
The City of Rauma is seeking a partner to assist in assessing the life cycle and life cycle emissions of construction projects. The framework arrangement provides the service provider for a construction project life cycle experts for new construction and renovation projects as well as for system-specific systems projects. The content of the assignments is always determined on an order -by -order basis. To support the calculation of life -cycle costs, cost information is needed on investing and energy consumption during the construction project. Project planning also aims to utilize multi -objective optimization. To support decision -making, information on various energy production options and their effects on life -cycle costs and emissions are also needed. The framework agreement covers the needs assessment and project planning phase of the construction project to the implementation design phase and deployment. In principle The expert acts as a life cycle expert in the construction project team. In the definition of the tasks, the Life Cycle Specialist's Task List Elink18 (RT 10-11291) and, appropriately, the Tate18 (RT 10-11290) of the building technology design Content is always determined on an order -by -order basis.
