- The Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Transport Oy acquires two lifting vehicles for inspection and maintenance of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area tramway to ensure the operating conditions of tram traffic.a truck with a lifting basket. The 1 lifting vehicle of the sub-area can be operated on a rubber bike in the street area (no need for rail equipment). A more detailed description of the procurement is shown in Annex 1.1 (a description of the acquisition_nosto -borne vehicle).refers to a truck with a lifting basket made for the customer's needs. The 2 lifting vehicles in the sub-area must be able to operate and perform high quality maintenance work on both the rubber bikes in the street area and on rail rail rails.
