- Description:
- The subject of the procurement is the tank deliveries of light fuel oil to the Central Refinery of the Tampere Region. Light fuel oil is used as a backup fuel for biogas, which is why the need for light fuel oil is occasional. The contract period is 1 April 2026 - 30 September 2028, which after that, the contract will automatically continue as valid until further notice. The customer will organize a mandatory inspection on 24.2.2026 and 25.2.2026 between 9:00 and 11:00 at the Tampere Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (Sulkavuorenkuja 6, 33820 Tampere). The provider can choose which one visit the facilities of the treatment plant on the day. You must register in advance for the tour by 12:00 on 23 February 2026 by email to lasse.jarvinen@keskuspuithtamo.fi. In the subject field of the e-mail, write "Fuel oil purchase". The message must include the names and phone numbers of the participants. When the meeting time is agreed, the bidder is informed of the telephone number, which the bidder must call from the gate of the treatment plant when coming to see the facilities. The operator comes to pick up the bidder from the gate. If the bidder has familiarized himself with the premises of the Tampere Seudu Central Refinery in connection with the previous tender organized in 2024 (529034 / Light fuel oil), the bidder is not obliged to familiarize himself with the premises in connection with this tender.
