- The object of the procurement is the renewal of the light signs (4 pieces) of the Kerava Sampola service center as a total price contract, where the contractor acts as the main contractor. The contract includes: Old light signs:- Disconnection of old light signs from the electrical network - Old removal of light signs, brackets and mounting rails (see the attachment for dismantled advertising devices)- Waste fees, delivery of recyclable materials for recycling New light signs:- Creation of light sign manufacturing plans and plans approval - Manufacture and attachment of light signs to facades - Manufacture and attachment of new mounting platforms to facades. Old installation platforms can be used as a platform for new light signs. Old mounting platforms must not be visible to the facade. See attachments 2026_001 -2026_004.- Electrification of new light signs through old electrical supplies (fire switches marked on facade drawings)- Logo in a separate attachment - Color of sign texts CMYK 89,37,100,37 | RGB 55,90,48 | HEX 375a30 The light signals are box-shaped with a durable stainless metal frame. Lighting from the inside of the box with the most energy-efficient LED light strips, the light should be directed evenly only forward. The front surface of the light box is opal acrylic, on which the logo/ the texts are implemented. Light signs with their logos must withstand harsh weather conditions. LED bulbs must have a five-year warranty. Changing the bulb must be possible without removing the entire light sign from the wall. The contract includes the necessary...
