- The object of the procurement was light sources for retinal surgeries at HUS and the Kymenlaakso wellness area. Retinal surgery requires intraocular lighting that frees the surgeon's hands. This announcement has not been divided into parts because the same was chosen for all parts supplier. The procurement is divided into four sub-areas:- sub-area 1: Chandelier-type optical fiber to be connected to the vitrectomy port- sub-area 2: Illuminating infusion cannula- sub-area 3: Light stick intended for indentation - sub-area 4: Light source equipment The procurement contract is valid for a limited period of 4 years, after which it continues to be valid for the time being. The procurement unit selects 4 suppliers per sub-area as contract partners.
