- The object of the procurement is presentation technology AV systems that are light in implementation, ready for meeting rooms, to enable a modern hybrid meeting to be held from the meeting room participant's own laptop. In these solutions, by connecting a laptop computer to the AV system with one alreadyhdo (USB-C) provides all the necessary AV functionality, such as the room's video camera, display device, speakers and microphones. This enables the usual presentation from the computer to the wall screen in the meeting room, as well as various online meetings that can be controlled from your own computer (e.g.Teams).
The purpose of the procured AV solutions is to replace previous video conferencing devices and bring modern technology to numerous new destinations.
The procurement also includes installation and expert work of AV systems that can be ordered separately, which can be used, e.g., by previous video systems owned by HUSfor system transfers or other arrangements.
HUS requests your offer for AV systems delivered as a service, including maintenance and support services.
The operational environment in which the service to be purchased is purchased is described in the appendix Operational environment. The purpose of the description is to give general information about itae and what the service is used for. The service can be purchased in contract periods of different lengths. The price form asks you to price the service according to both the 24-month and 48-month contract period. The service includes system maintenance, support and maintenance.
