Description:
The city of Liikelaitos Marttinen/Virtai tenders the purchase of thermal energy as a service activity, produced in the KPA heating plant owned by the city of Liikelaitos Marttinen/Virtai. The plant is located at Herrasentie 16, 34800 VIRRAT.
Estimated annual energy demand at the plant at this momentis about 1400 MWh/year.
The selected heat producer must start heat production on January 1, 2024, when the heating plant will be handed over to the heat producer.
The contract period is valid for two (2) years and it starts from the signing of the contract. After the two-year basic contract period, the subscriber has the possibilitynew for an option period of one (1) year (entire contract period 2 1 years). The decision on the introduction of the option period will be made well before the end of the contract period.
