Description:
The Pori Technical Industry Farm Unit will compete at Liisankatu 20, Pori's renovation of the 1902 and 1991 property built in 1991. The building consists of two buildings built at different times. The older part was completed in 1902 and the new part isCompleted in 1991, when the buildings are connected to the gateway. The building has been teaching and restaurant use all the time and similar activities will continue. The building will be renovated and improved for use by the Pori Region Civic College and existing restaurant facilitiesModernization and the restaurant will continue to operate. During the renovation, there is no operation in the building. The tendering concerns main design, architectural design, structural design, HVAC design, electrical design and acoustics design. The acquisition is limited to the same consultantcannot be taken to take the main designer and the other design of the site at the same time. The site is designed for contracting as a contract. The site must be completed and available in November 2027. Objectis protected in the zoning plan by SR II and the reuse is estimated to be estimated in the value class B.
