• Limingan Asunnot Oy requests your offer for hosting services for Limingan Asunnot Oy in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The subject of the competition is rental houses owned by Limingan Asunnot Oy (hereinafter also "procurement unit" and "customer") as well as, in the case of apartments, management service tasks related to renting in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. SERVICE DESCRIPTIONLimingan Asunnot Oy is 100 percent owned by the municipality of Liminga and is part of the Liminga municipal group and the municipality within the scope of group management. Limingan Asunnot Oy owns and manages 136 residential rental apartments in the municipality of Liminga, the details of which can be found in the "Procurement target criteria" section of the request for tenders. In addition, the company owns 30 separate condominiums in different in housing corporations. Apartments and properties are located in Liminga. In 2024, the occupancy rate of the apartments was approx. 86.5%, the resident turnover approx. 20%. About 40% of the apartments are arava apartments, which are accompanied by arava restrictions/regulations. Residents' selection and display Limingan Asunnot Oy's apartments and notices to those selected are handled by the property manager of Liminga municipality. The property management's task is to take care of the follow-up measures for tenant selection, such as signing a rental agreement, rental deposit and valid home insurance checking.
