- The subject of procurement is a radiation therapy linear accelerator with peripheral devices (radiation therapy device). The location of the equipment is the radiotherapy unit of the South Karelia Central Hospital. South Karelia's radiotherapy unit belongs to the cancer treatment unit of South Karelia's welfare area. The radiotherapy unit has two linear accelerators (Varian Truebeam 2012, Varian Truebeam 2021). Radiology's Siemens PET-TT equipment is used as a dose planning imaging device. The radiotherapy dose planning software is Eclipse (Varian) and the information system ARIA (Varian). The unit provides versatile radiotherapy to cancer patients both in its own district and also in other nearby hospital districts. The equipment to be purchased now will replace the Varian Truebeam accelerator purchased in 2012. As an option, the price is requested: Option 1): Additional functions improve the image guidance of radiation therapy. Option 2): Additional features enhance dynamic arch treatments Option 3) : Fixation system for trunk SBRT treatments Option 4): Ionization chamber based measurement phantom for accelerators for weekly quality control Option 5): The sliding doors of the treatment room and engine room partition installed in place Option 6) Update of measurement software for radiotherapy quality control Option7) Dentify surface detection system update to the latest version The procurement unit has a certain allocation available for procurement.
