Description:
The City of Hameenlinna, HS-Vesi, Loimua Oy and Elenia are requesting offers for the renovation of the Linnapuisto Karnali Park, Tampereentie and Niittykatu. The contract will be implemented during 2025-2026. The contract includes the renovation of Linnanpuisto and Karnalipuisto Park, as well as walking on the streetsAnd construction of cycling fairways. Street structures will also be changed in other respects. A new trunk line replacing the district heating line in Linnanpuisto will be built along Tampereentie. The work of the Elenia power grid is carried out in the contract area. The exact contract boundary and time regulations are shown in the tender documents.The contractor has the main performance of the contract to build an object in accordance with the plans and the contract request documents, with all the labor costs, in accordance with these tender documents.
