• Description:
• The sports services of the city of Jyväskylä are requesting bids for the lighting and electrical work of the Huhtasuo arts park in accordance with the request for bids and its appendices. The type of contract is a shared contract, where the construction contractor acts as the main contractor and at the same time also as the main contractor. The lighting and electrical work will be performed as a side contract, which will be subcontracted to the construction contractor. parts are e.g. extensive parkour equipment, multiplayer walls, ball gates and outdoor gym equipment. In addition to gymnastics, the project will renew the current football fields in the area so that one field will be constructed with artificial grass and the other with natural grass. the request for tender is related to phase 1, which will be implemented in the summer season of 2026. The project also has phase 2, which will be implemented in the summer season of 2027, phase 2 will be tendered separately. The separate functional entities of phases 1 and 2 (artificial turf field, artificial ice, basketball court, mini-arena and pump track) must be able to be controlled separately from the lighting of the fitness track and running areas if necessary. In the control, be prepared for interface control through the exercise place reservation system (Timmi) used by the city of Jyväskylä. The contract includes the construction of the lighting control mentioned above.
