Description:
The object of the procurement is the provision of an exercise counseling service according to the service processes defined by the city of Jyvaskyla. The service is mainly implemented as close contacts. Based on the city's separate order and contract, the service purchased from the service provider can be individual or group exercise counseling. The service provider must have a premises under its own control suitable for operations in the Jyvaskyla city area. Primarily, the service is implemented at the service provider's office, but the exercise counselor can meet with the client in follow-up sessions also in connection with movement, e.g. at sports venues. The city of Jyvaskyla determines the compensation to be paid for each service process, which is the same for all service providers for a given process. The service provider's personnel must fulfill the personnel training and experience in providing exercise counseling specified by the city minimum requirements. The service provider can also use subcontracting (e.g. a person operating under a business name) to provide the service. The persons providing the service must be named and their training and experience must be documented and submitted to the city before signing the service purchase agreement. The city requires service providers to use the customer registration system(s) it chooses and to commit to the city's information security practices.
