Description:
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy tenders living aids for the welfare areas of the Inner Finland cooperation area; For the welfare regions of South Ostrobothnia, Kanta-Hame and Pirkanmaa. The length of the contract period is two (2) years. The contract can be extended indefinitely after the actual contract period. The estimated start date of the contract is October 2026. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy and Tavarantilaajat make purchases with this procurement contract. With this procurement contract, the customer can place orders for goods for himself and for his related units according to the Procurement Act. The purchasers of goods can with this procurement contract to place Goods Orders for themselves and their subsidiaries. This procurement is subject to Regulation (EU) 2022/1031 of the European Parliament and of the Council (IPI Regulation) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1197 (IPI Measure) restricting the participation of Chinese providers in medical for equipment purchases with an expected value of at least 5 million euros. Medical devices originating in China may be included in bids from other suppliers for a maximum of 50 percent of the total contract value. The procurement items are numbered as follows: 1.
