Description:
This invitation to tender will request offers from Workbox 4: Work Package 4. Quick freezing container (shock packing container) Quick freezing container is used for food processing for natural raw materials and cultivated raw materials and work within the container. It is a container with a temperature nearroom temperature and the bow is located spacious about 4-5 m2 quick freezing room. A ventilation system must be included in the quick freezing container. The warranty must cover the ventilation and temperature management systems in the container. Total estimated total value of the work package is estimated to be approximately65000 €. In the container, on its room temperature side, a maximum of four (4) people will work at a time, this should be taken into account when planning the ventilation. The ventilation requirement for air volume is at least 24 dm3 per second per person (6 dm3 per person). The tenderers shouldDescribe ventilation solutions in detail. The actual quick freezing room does not work, but only pushes rolls and boxes containing freezing raw materials. A quick freezing container must meet the health authority's food processing environmentmaterial and hygiene requirements, as well as safety requirements for internal work, such as ventilation requirements.
