Description:
During the summer of 2025, the City of Oulu is commissioning a street network condition survey. Lantability measurements.Aulu City/Urban Environment Services are requesting offers from the tied load -bearing layer for a drop -down method From the load-bearing measurements of the subscriber-defined sections in the city of Oulu. Measurements must be made at least every 50 meters. One measurement/cross -section of sidewalks and cycle paths. From the streets, one measurement/cross-section of the driveway.The measurement date is September-October 2025. The subscriber will deliver the list of the measured street/cycle path/sidewalks to the service provider at the turn of August 2025.The acquisition measurement results to the subscriber by research objects (eg in pdf format) with the load-bearing measurement results of the measurement interval (load capacity MN/m2 and compact ratio E2/E1). In addition, the measurement results must be delivered to the subscriber in either CSV or SHP format with coordinates of the initial and end points of the measurements and the measurement interval Load capacity measurement results of the measuring points (load capacity MN/m2 and tightness E2/E1). Load capacity measurements are calculated at 85 kilometers of the bid. The subscriber does not commit to the invitation to tender to the amount.
