• Description:
• The procurement includes the local supervision of the substation project's electrical work and occupational safety, as well as commenting on electrical plans and documents. The supervision includes the project's local supervision - according to the 21001-L1 instruction (appendix 3) commenting on electrotechnical plans and documents, site supervision, inspections of work performed during site visits, electrical and occupational safety supervision and inspections, handling of deviations, participating in start-ups if necessary, pre-checks for checking and receiving the final documentation. The findings of the monitoring visits are reported to the subscriber's Quentic HSEQ mobile reporting system. Electronic commenting is used to comment on plans and documents. In addition to the chosen one the task of the supplier may include the tasks of chairman or secretary of site meetings. End of warranty inspections, supervision of construction technical works and local supervision of secondary systems and commenting on service interruptions are not included in the work.
