• Description:
• The request for tenders concerns the procurement of locks, keys, door locks, etc. and their installation services for properties in the city of Rauma. The customer's needs mainly focus on Abloy and iLOQ products, in addition, the city also has Primo products. The competition will be held with an open procedure, on the basis of which all offers that meet the eligibility and minimum requirements are accepted for the framework arrangement. Bidders are prioritized based on bid scoring. Orders are placed during the framework arrangement according to priority order, taking into account availability. The contract period of the framework arrangement is July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2028. The contract is only created when both parties have signed the contract. Option: The contract period of the framework arrangement can be extended by one (1) one (1) during the one-year option period from 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2029. The city of Rauma decides separately on the introduction of the option period and announces it no later than three (3) months before the end of the valid contract period. Using the option is the city of Rauma a right, not an obligation. The estimated value of the entire acquisition for the entire contract period (including the option period) is 150,000 euros (VAT 0%). Orders are made as needed during the contract period and the city has no obligation to purchase in quantity. The city of Rauma also has the right tenders for individual orders even during the validity of the framework agreement from outside this framework arrangement.
