Description:
The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces suspended the tender for coffee machines, bank card payment terminals and the transfer of card payments in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. Rental of coffee machines either as a full service or as a partial service. the logistics facility was to be selected based on the dynamic procurement system's internal bidding for the supplier's contract period and to conclude a procurement contract with the winning bidder based on Hansel's contract/dynamic procurement system. Making an offer requires taking into account and accepting the terms of the procurement contract. The administrative units of the Defense Forces (customers) acquire the coffee machines and services they need based on the procurement contract. The administrative unit (customer) will agree on coffee machines and service packages per contract period during. Administrative unit (subscriber) personnel and/or visitors pay 0.20 cents per cup using bank card payment (situation on 14 April 2025). Payment must be made with bank and credit cards in use in Finland. The content and scope of the equipment and services to be procured is specified in this call for tenders.
