Description:
The target of the acquisition is the competitive bidding of the Halstar Restaurant in Lohja City Hall. The agreement includes services related to the manufacture, distribution, sales and serving of food and beverage products.
A four -year license agreement is concluded with an approved supplier For the period 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2029. It is possible to continue the contract by decision of the subscriber with two (2) one -year options. The subscriber notifies the use of the option at least four (4) months before the end of the contract period.
The selected supplier will pay for the space to rent a call for tenders in accordance with the attached draft agreement. 9.

The target of purchasing is Local Restaurant Halstar's license in Lohja City Hall. The agreement comprises food and beverage products for making, Services related to distribution, sales and serving.
