Description:
The city of Lohja requests an offer for the destruction service of confidential data protection material.- Data protection material includes various papers / cardboard, recordings and other possible separately addressed / defined materials and materials. - More detailed information can be found in the attachments. Destruction service the scope includes the following sub-areas and objects:-Transportation, processing and centralized destruction of destructible data protection material from the city's various archives.-Transportation, processing and destruction of destructible data protection material from the city's various institutions and facilities such as e.g. (agencies, schools, kindergartens, etc.) centralized destruction.-Centralized transportation, processing and destruction of data protection material generated/destroyed in connection with various elections. Attachment file: Excel table: "Lohja city data protection sites and container sizes summary 26.8" (Appendix 5) of various sites with addresses and to be retrieved storage/collection of material container size/volume. The corresponding tender that exceeded the threshold value was suspended on 14 November 2025 and will now be reopened with revised criteria. The customer's current service contract has a three-month notice period, so it is estimated that for this tender based procurement contract could enter into force from 1 April 2026.
