• OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The object of this framework arrangement is long four-door passenger cars and related services as defined in the request for tender and its appendices. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel has the right to extend the framework agreement valid for an option period of a maximum of two (2) years under the terms of the framework agreement. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT The anticipated value of the framework arrangement is 5,000,000 to 7,000,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is 7,000,000 EUR (VAT 0%). The figures are based on the information provided by the customers who have joined the framework arrangement. Purchases made on the basis of this framework arrangement are estimated to be distributed during the contract period in such a way that the most significant customers in terms of euro amounts are The Chancellery of the Government, the Police Board and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Determining the euro value of the procurements is partly complicated by the fact that among the Customers who have joined the framework arrangement are, among other things, Customers who are covered by the budget economy, whose funds initially allocated for procurement may undergo unforeseen changes beyond the Customer's control during the framework contract period.
