Description:
The object of the procurement is a weapon light to be attached to long handguns and related accessories for use by the authorities. The object of procurement and the requirements set for the object of procurement are described in this tender request and its following appendices:
Appendix 1 Requirements set for the product; For a long timeaesiaseen light
Appendix 2 Agreement
Based on the competition, one supplier and one alternate supplier will be selected.
The procurement is carried out as a joint procurement, in which, in addition to the Police Board, the Border Guard, CMC Finland (Crisis Management Center) and the Aland Police Authority participate.The Norwegian Police and the Border Guard concluded independent procurement contracts valid for an indefinite period with the bidder who won the tender. CMC Finland and the Aland Police Authority act as purchasers under the Police Board's procurement contract.
It is not possible to divide the procurement into parts,because it is one product. The weapon light for a long handgun, which is now being procured, was tendered earlier as one of the sub-areas of the competition for weapon lights, for which the tender was suspended.
