Description:
The object of the acquisition is a system suitable for the long-term storage of digital data materials of the city of Hyvinkää as a SaaS service for an indefinite contract period. can consist of several file formats. Data materials can form separate logical data sets that have different classification criteria and metadata. The storage system must enable the transfer of materials in several ways in ways such as integrations, migrations and manual saving. The solution must take into account the requirements set by public administration legislation for data storage. The storage system is purchased as a ready-made complete solution from one supplier. The city of Hyvinkää values effective service cooperation with the supplier. The goal is a customer relationship where the use of the system can be expanded over time. The goal is to have the implementation done during 2026. The object of the acquisition is described in more detail, appendix 1, Procurement description, appendix 3 technical and functional requirements and appendix 6 information security requirements electronic storage system as a SaaS service.
