Description:
The city of Loviisa is requesting an offer for a heavy concrete pontoon jetty for Laivasilla's guest marina. The tenderer must be ready to build the jetty so that it is installed and in working order no later than April 30, 2026. The offer must include two maintenance and warranty repair visits in the spring of 2027 and 2028. The bid must include all electrical and plumbing work. The bid must also include the dismantling and removal of the old pier and the dismantling and removal of the pier's anchors, chains and shackles. In addition the offer must include the dismantling and removal of buoy chains and shackles and all ropes. In 2014, the water depth of the location of the jetty was approximately 1.8m.
