- The target is low -carbon concrete slabs. The City of Tampere is committed to emission reductions in its strategies, and the carbon neutral Tampere 2030 road map sets goals for emission reductions. The product to be purchased is gray concrete slabs of 278-280mm x 278-280mm x 80 mm. According to the subscriber, the amount to be acquired is approximately 3,800 m2. The subscriber does not commit to ordering that amount, but the ultimate need may, to a slight extent, differ from the estimated. Concrete tiles must be less carbon dioxide emissions compared to the average carbon dioxide emissions of concrete production. The minimum procurement requirements are made by invitation to tender and by attachments.
