Description:
The acquisition focuses on projects, maintenance and modifications for maintenance and modifications for new construction projects, project management and supervision management services for projects, maintenance and new construction projects. LUC organizations are located in Kemi, Twelve (12) framework arrangements for two (2) different areas, Kemi-Tornio and Rovaniemi, are tendered in areas in Rovaniemi and Tornio. For each frame arrangement, up to two (2) suppliers are selected on the basis of this tendering in order (Ranking). For the premises subject to acquisition, LUC organizations have their own and rented properties in Kemi, Tornio and Rovaniemi, which are affected by the framework agreement. The framework agreement can also be used by organizations' projects and joint projects Over the project -specific partners (organizations). Each contracting entity concludes their own contracts with selected service providers. The contract periods end By 31.12.2029, however, that the assignments initiated before the end of the contract period can be completed as long as they have been completed by June 30, 2030.
