- A maximum of 40 vehicles are selected for the framework arrangement. According to its emission category, the vehicle can be offered either on the primary equipment list or on a supplementary list of equipment. The emission category of the primary equipment list must be at least Euro 5. Supplementary equipment list vehicles The emission class may be less than Euro 5. In the comparison, the emission class is first compared with at least Euro 5 vehicles and are prioritized. If there are less than 40 emission classes at least Euro 5 vehicles, the lower emission -class vehicles (complementary equipment). Supplementary vehicles will be preceded by priority after the primary equipment and are set in the price.
