Description:
The ELY centers involved in the Priodiversity LIFE project procure consulting, development and facilitation services to support the preparation and implementation phase of biodiversity implementation plans (LUMO programs) in accordance with the Nature Conservation Act. The ELY centers participating in the project are ELY Center of Southeast Finland, ELY Center of North Savo, ELY Center of Northern Ostrobothnia, ELY Center of Pirkanmaa, ELY Center of Northern Finland and ELY Center of Lapland.
Subarea-specific total values is described in Appendix 1 Description of the object of acquisition.
The exception to this is subdivision 7 (Lappi), where the contract period is 1 January 2026-31 December 2027 without an option period. The combined total value of the sub-areas is a maximum of €279,500 (VAT 0%).
If the Tenderer offers in several areas, he must ensure that there are enough resources that meet the minimum requirements for possible overlapping assignments throughout the entire contract period.
