Description:
The ELY centers involved in the Priodiversity LIFE project procure consulting, development and facilitation services to support the preparation and implementation phase of biodiversity implementation plans (LUMO programs) in accordance with the Nature Conservation Act. The ELY centers participating in the project are ELY Center of Southeast Finland, ELY Center of North Savo, ELY Center of Northern Ostrobothnia, ELY Center of Pirkanmaa, ELY Center of Northern Finland and ELY Center of Lapland. The procurement is divided into sub-areas by ELY centers and the procurement also includes a common sub-area for the ELY centres. Subarea-specific total values is described in appendix 1 Description of the object of acquisition. The actual contract period for sub-areas 1-6 will be realized from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2027, in addition, an option period is reserved for the period from 1.1.2028 to 31.12.2031. The exception to this is subdivision 7 (Lappi), where the contract period is 1 January 2026-31 December 2027 without an option period. The combined total value of the sub-areas is a maximum of €279,500 (VAT 0%). If the Tenderer offers in several areas, he must ensure that there are enough resources that meet the minimum requirements for possible overlapping assignments throughout the entire contract period.
