• This advance notice concerns the procurement, the target of which is the project management contractor and the design team, which implement the new building project of Luolavuori school as a cooperative project management contract. Competitive procurement for the project using the negotiation procedure, the following parties as a coalition for the entire duration of the project (development and implementation phases): - Project management contractor (in the development phase KSE 2013 and in the implementation phase with an agreement based on YSE 1998) - Principal, architect and interior design- Yard design-Substructure design-Structural and building physical design-HVAC design-Electrical, lighting, telecommunication and AV design-Acoustic design-Data model coordination-Fire safety design Luolavuori school the plot is located at Luolavuorentie 36 on the slope of a rocky hill. The plot is surrounded on all sides by Takamaanpuisto - in the east as a large forest and elsewhere as narrower groves, behind which there are apartment buildings and small houses. The site plan is valid on the school grounds 19/2004 (entered into force on August 6, 2005), where the plot is designated as a block area for buildings serving teaching activities. Buildings may be no more than two stories high, and the maximum permitted building right is 9,000 floor square meters. Luolavuori school there is no need to change the site plan on the plot due to the school project.
