- This procurement announcement concerns the procurement of a project management contractor and a group of designers/experts who will implement the new building project of Luolavuori school as a cooperative project management contract. Open for procurement for the project using the procedure, the following parties as a group for the entire duration of the project (development and implementation phases): - Project management contractor (in the development phase KSE 2013 and in the implementation phase with an agreement based on YSE 1998) - Master and architectural design - Structure- and building physical design - HVAC design - Electrical, lighting, tele and AV design - Acoustic design - Geoplanning - Interior design - Yard planning - Fire safety planning - Moisture and cleanliness management coordination - Data model coordination - Life cycle, energy and carbon footprint calculation The site of Luolavuori school is located at Luolavuorentie 36, 20810 Turku. The Luolavuori school was at the end of its technical useful life, and indoor air problems had been detected in the studies of the site. Based on research, the Luolavuori school building was closed due to indoor air problems in the spring of 2020. Spatial services have examined the site of the current school building, and it has been decided to place the new building on the existing site from which the old school has been demolished off. The project includes the construction of a new school building with a gross area of approximately 9037 m2 and a room area of 6455 m2.
